Zikir untuk Hilangkan Stress -




ofc, HARUS menghilangkan pening kepala memikirkan hal duniawi... JUGA menghilangkan TGHH & his Drivels ! haha.. gua gurau aje !! Inside joke ! No need Plausible one.
Selain tu untuk kita lebih TENANG & tujuan At-Tazkiyah ( healing the soul of ours ) KTA BANYAKkan ler berTAUBAT, MINTA MAAF + berAMAL SOLEH solat sunat + qado (ganti) yang fardhu ... meh berZIKIR * Selawat !

Minum air Zam-zam selalu, alternatifnya minum air alkali yg banyak ORP (berion -ve) ... fitting good to me ..imo !
